VonReichter

VonReichter escaped from Nazi Germany and now lives outside Meridiana, conducting his beizarre experiments and proliferating his races of Monsters.  His most ambitious project, the Cyber-series, turned out to be his biggest mistake.  Fearing the powerful Cybers would overthrow him, he ordered them destroyed.  Little did he know how prophetic his vision would turn out to be!
