Harry's Description:
Harry had always been small and skinny for his age. He had a thin face, knobby knees, jet-black hair that was always untidyand bright-green eyes. He always wore round gasses and on his forehead there was a thin, lighting-shaped scar.
Harry's family:
Harry's parents had died on the attack from You-Know-Who. Harry, himself had survived with nothing but a scar on his forehead. As he grows up he learns that he is a wizard and that so where his parents. Lily Potter (Harry's mother) was what wizards called Muggle-born because her parents were Muggles (non-magic people). She, however was a witch. James Potter's family (Harry's dad), on the other hand, came from generations of witches and wizards. James Potter was a pure-blood. In the book is said that Harry is half-blood which means that one of his parents is a Muggle, the other is a wizard. But as we all know, Lily Potter was not a Muggle. She was a witch who's parent's where Muggles. So if you add up everything, Harry is a pure-blood.
Also, in the third book Harry finds out about his godfather (Sirius Black) who was known as a highly dangerous wizard. In truth, Sirius was innocent but an accident happened and no one but Harry and his friends know that. AS a result, he's still hiding.
So Harry goes has to live with the terrible Dursleys, who are Muggles and who hate anything that is acting the way it shouldn't.
