Please note that quality of print may vary depending on type of printer used. I use a Canon bubble-jet with Photo Inkjet paper, which seals the water based ink. This appears to print slightly lighter than displayed.
If printing the message on the back of the card, ensure paper is inserted correct way around.
I also recommend test printing on ordinary paper to check any alignment and print settings you have. On IE5 I always delete header and footer and set margins to as near to zero as possible.
