Spirituality.....

There is a difference between spirituality and religion. Religion is a particular set of beliefs and rituals used to express and/or connect to our spirituality. Spirituality is the experience of the Divine within each one of us. Spirituality can be expressed in a number of ways and is very personal. Spirituality is not confined to the rules of any one religion. Religions often conflict with one another, while spirituality crosses boundaries to unite us all.

I often think of religion as the vase that holds our spirituality.  Religion is more solid and less flexible.  Spirituality is the essence of our Divinity, that like a liquid, often needs a vessel in which to be held.  Each one of us must choose the shape and structure of our own spiritual vase.  Let each one of us choose the structure that fits us the best, while we appreciate the beauty and value of another’s choice.

Let the Blessings of the great divine Souls always be with you all....
