I was away in Thailand and India again last winter,
and I started work on my second cookbook. I've come up with a good
sales slogan for it:
THREE TIMES AS BIG!
FOUR TIMES THE RECIPES!!
FIVE TIMES THE FUN!!!
I would guess that I have catered at least seventy percent of these dishes.
They
represent my continuing interest in mixing and matching dishes and
ingredients. I like intelligent fusion ideas, but detest the uneducated
"collision cuisines" that represent a lot of modern cooking.

So I hope this is interesting to everyone. I'm going to be
