Me, gripping lapels in very Doctorish fashion, and with one of those aggravatingly smug grins. In the background may be seen someone's ear, probably Myke, Jill (Ruth's sister), Ruth's arms and hair, and not visible but evident since otherwise the picture would be a close-up of the ground, Alex[F] as the cameraman (or person, although I think it's a gender-neutral term).
