I cannot stress the point more strongly, property
owners within the KHSS need to have a strong voice on this
appointed board. I encourage you to voice that
sentiment.

Subject: KHSS Charter - Bill 100
Good Morning Gentlemen,
If I may, I will get right to the point. On page
nine of the KHSS Charter, second sentence, first paragraph, it states,
"An interim Board will be established at the time
of the public release of this charter".
Has that Board been established ? If so, when might
effected property owners within the KHSS be expected to know the composition of
such a Board ? As I'm sure you are aware one of the criticism's
of the LSC was the lack of representation, none, of property owners
within the KHSS. I trust that property owners within the
KHSS will be strongly represented on such a
Management Advisory Board as outlined in the KHSS Charter. Especially in light
of the many references in the Charter to the partnership of
this group, property owners within the KHSS, to continue assisting in
the management and stewardship of the protected area thereby
continuing to ensure its prosperity.
Continued success.
Sincerely,
Todd Kearney
