An avid youth sports coach -- a licensed soccer coach who has coached soccer, basketball, and football for the past 22 years -- Wayne loves working with kids and is involved in the recruiting of high school athletes for colleges nationwide.
He and his lovely wife have three children -- one who played college football and graduated with an MBA from the Univ. of Arkansas - and two at home who participate in all types of sports. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, and all types of sports.
An excellent speaker, Wayne is known for his quick wit and endless sense of humor. His church, family, work, and sports keep him constantly on the go, and make him a very diverse and happy individual, and a pleasure to visit with.
