From Elgin we proceeded south toward the Malt Whiskey region. We spent the night at the Highlander Inn. The Inn had a pub in its basement, so we partook of the region's most famous product (malt whiskey) and enjoyed a traditional Scottish dinner by trying haggis, which tastes better than it sounds. In fact, more people would probably eat it, it they didn't know what was in it. However, if you do want to know how to make this traditional dish, click on the haggis below.
