BASIC CONCEPTS
The development of radionics began in 1910 with the work of Dr. Albert Abrams, M.D. (1869-1924). Abrams had learned about the radiational concept of disease from one of his tutors at Heidelberg University, Professor de Sauer. This theory states that there is a fundamental difference between the energy radiated from healthy tissue and that of unhealthy, toxic or diseased tissue. Through observation and experimentation, Abrams discovered that this bio-energy would travel along a wire in much the same way as electricity. Later, he found that the different disease energies were connected to specific electrical resistances, like an energetic signature. This was confirmed by the work of Dr. Harold Saxon Burr of Yale University. He found that specific electrical changes in the energy field (Life-field or aura) around the body could indicate the actual presence of a physical condition or a pre-disposition to that disease. Various reasearchers since Abrams have discovered that organs also have their own specific energetic signature, or bio-frequency, as do all substances including metals, chemicals, atomic radiations, and even less tangible factors such as emotions and subtle anatomy. These energetic signatures are now called radionic rates and, like radio frequencies, they are represented numerically. All physical matter, including our bodies, is organised as Life-fields, or morphogenic/morphogenetic fields, by these bio-frequencies. When these fields become unbalanced, our inner resources are weakened and illness may follow.
DETECTING THE ENERGY
During a radionic session, the client is connected to the analyser via a cable. The bio-energy, which is naturally being radiated by the person, flows along the cable and into the radionic analyser. Nothing is actually taken away from the person. Only the energy which is being given off as part of the natural living process enters the equipment. It is as if the person is a transmitting station and the analyser is the receiver. In fact, a living being emits many types of energy, including microwaves and radio waves. When a person's energy enters the radionic analyser it can be tuned like radio. The radionic rates act as tuning frequencies, filters or gateways. Only the part of the person's bio-energy that has the same frequency as the radionic rate can pass through the rate to the next part of the circuit, for measuring. A radio transmitter emits energy as electromagnetic waves and a human body emits electromagnetism and life energy as bio-energy. Such energetic emissions are always in the air but to experience and understand them the correct receiving equipment is needed. Just as a radio station signal may have a frequency of 97.5 that must be tuned on a radio before the music can be heard, so a radionic rate, such as 65.0 for allergy, must be tuned on the radionic analyser before a measurement of that factor can be made. If the radio station is not transmitting there will be no music coming from the radio even though the station frequency is set. If there is no 'allergic energy' being emitted by a person, then there will be no energy moving to the measurement area of the analyser.
The radio station transmits - the radio receives. A person transmits - the radionic analyser receives. It is a similar process in both cases.
