Drak Packs
Most, if not all, Kemeshian draks live in the wild whether they are bonded or not. Few dwell in the castle walls as they prefer solitary lives. Their bonds with humans is protection and some choose humans specificaly for them. This is simular to a mind pair though it is very weak. A person who pairs with a drak can be anyone and does not have to join the Legions. Most paired drakes remain with their bonded if they are commoners of a sort. Very recently, people have been returning with 'true' Icarian draks though most joing the Legions, some return to their old lives with a pair (or more) of wings to help them about.
