[ Intro]
CM Punk is coming off what is by far the biggest win in his wMe career with a Breakdown victory over both Batista and Ron Killings in an elimination handicap match and going into what will easily surpass that as the biggest and most important match of his wMe career in a Breakdown World Title match against William Regal. Punk is confronted with the opportunity of a lifetime to make all his hard work and effort worth it and capture wMe's highest prize. Only one question remains, Will he fail in the spotlight and fall to the current champion William Regal like he did the last time they faced, or will he suceed in his quest and walk out of Philadelphia, the new Breakdown World Champion?

| The scene opens up on a Philadelphia street that's host to a cold and gloomy winter day. |

| wMe cameras move up the street, when from around the corner appears CM Punk. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. My home away from home, a city where I've wrestled match after match buildin' towards one sole opportunity in my career. The same rare opportunity I have at Shattered this Monday when I get the chance to become the wMe Breakdown World Champion. This is an opportunity that I cherish, an opportunity that I will not let pass me by. The fact is I've wrestled the majority of my career right here in this city, and I get the to wrestle the biggest match of my life right here in this city when at Shattered I go one on one with.. William Regal.

| CM Punk continues up the street looking down at the ground as he continues. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: All I ever hear about William Regal is how he's overcome so much adversity and hardship through his life, how even through a tough childhood he's done the impossible and came over from England and made it in the big time pro wrestling of the states. Yeah, Regal was born and raised in the apparent rough Blackpool England, but the truth is he grew up on a farm where the most danger he could come into confrontation with was an angry cow; the fact is he lived in a safe home with parents that gived a damn. You wanna' talk about a rough childhood, I grew up on the high crime streets of Chicago where every step I took was life threatening, and unlike Regal I couldn't resort to a safe home, my father was an abusive alcoholic, and my mother had to look out for herself, sometimes it was safer on the street. Regal holds a ton of pride in startin' to fight at the early age of 15 for money, but that was by choice, I began fighting a much tougher fight against drugs and alcohol as soon as I knew what they were, and I did it for my life, 'cause I didn't want to be like my father and millions of other people around the world who throw theres away on drugs and alcohol.

| Punk knods his head from side to side in disgust at these people he refers to. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: The fight against drugs and alcohol is one that Regal couldn't bare, and two months ago on halloween I revealed that to the world when I briefly showed the real William Regal before a 6 man tag match where me, Jeff Jarrett, and Joe E. Legend beat him, JBL and the world champ at the time Steven Richards. I told the world about Regals use of pain pills, but the truth of the matter is that wasn't even the beginning. William Regals career defines everything I have lived mine against, everything from the use of pain pills to the excessive use of alcohol when times were tough. Ya' see when William Regal made the decision to be a fighter and wrestler he was makin' a decision to deal with the pain and adversity he would confront, a decision that he obviously couldn't stand up to, because he resorted to pain pills and alcohol to take care of it for him. Instead of standing up to the pain he hid from it by takin' pain pills, and he escaped the hardships of the travel and adversity of bein' a professional wrestler by drinkin' alcohol, but the fact is it didn't fix anything, it was just a temporary solution that in the end made things worse.

| Punk spits to the ground with a bitter look on his face as he continues walking up this street. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: But the jist if it is William Regal knew that the drug and alcohol use he was doin' was wrong, and in 1999 he checked himself into a drug rehab center. But even with his job relyin' on it William Regal couldn't quit the drugs, and he was released from the WWE because of it. I understand that drugs are addicting, but to throw away everything you've worked so hard to achieve on them is just sickening. Regal probably realized that and still drove himself to quit drugs and tried rehab over an over again. Suddenly Regal was back on the wrestling scene makin' his name known even more than before, winnin' titles like the Breakdown World Championship, actin' like the whole drug era never happened. Well it did happen, and the truth is it never even ended.. Ya' see if there's anything William Regal is known for it's bein' a liar, a cheater and a guy that's good at disguising things. He lied his way back sayin' he quit drugs, he cheated in his rehab to earn there go ahead, and he's hidin' the drugs and alcohol just like he hides brass knucks in his tights, and nobody has suspected a damn thing till now, and I don't just suspect it, I know it.

| As Punk comes to a street corner he turns walking up a new road as cameras remain focused. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: But what really drives me over the edge is how Regal and his fans label him as tough, as a 'Real Man's Man' as he often calls himself. Regal had the opportunity to prove he was tough and do things the natural way, but he threw it away when he proved he couldn't handle the pain that comes along with this business, when he needed to resort to a bottle of pills to take away his pain, and a bottle of alcohol to take his mind off the hardships of life. A man who resorts himself to the likes of pain pills and alcohol is anything but tough, he's submitting to the pain and adversity that he knew he would be confronted with. A real man's man doesn't do drugs and even if that be the case, he would be able to overcome the drugs when he wanted to, something I know William Regal hasn't done. As far as I'm concerned Regal is a real coward's coward. Yet he holds the highest prize in the business, a title that should only be around the waist of a tough individual, an individual who has been confronted with this same pain and adversity and naturally dealt with it spitting in the face of drugs and alcohol; that title should be around the waist of a man like myself.

| Punk motions his hands across his waist signaling that's where the Breakdown World Title should be. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: Than there's the label Regal gives himself as if he's some kind of royalty, labeling himself elegant, and goin' to the lengths to call himself the Goodwill Ambassador. Royalty is an extreme upper class of people where Regal puts himself, but drugs and alcohol are in my eyes the lowest class where through constant use Regal has driven himself to. Elegant?.. If Refined and tasteful behavior is defined by gulping down a beer or popping a few pills to take escape reality than yeah he's elegant, but as far as me and your local dictionary are concerned he's not. The Goodwill Ambassador, is this a guy you want your children to watch and take lessons from? A man who throws every ounce of pride and respect he's ever earned away on drugs and alcohol just for a quick fix and a chance to escape the hardships of life?.. I certainly hope not. You people need a real champion to look up to, someone who tells it like it is, someone who has morals and has lived his life in a path that you should be proud to have your kids follow, you need me to be your Breakdown World Champion, and I will fulfill that need live on pay per view at Shattered.

| Punk points out himself as he goes over the facts of what a champion should be. |

|Straight-Edged| CM Punk: The bottom line is that Regal isn't a damn thing he says he is, a man that represents you people as your World champion is the opposite of what you believe him to be. A tough, royal, elegant, real man's man that looks out for the goodwill of others is now revealed in his true colors as a liein', cheatin', disguised coward who throws his dignity away on a bottle of pills and a 6 pack of beer. But the fact is that when I beat him this Monday at Shattered, whether you like me or not, whether you share my beliefs or not, I will be doing the world a favor, 'cause you will than have a Breakdown World Champion you can have some respect for, a champion who has dignity and honor for that title, a champion that doesn't throw everything he has away on the likes of pain pills and alcohol. I will prove that plain and simple hardwork pays off, that bein' natural will get you a lot farther in life than drugs and alcohol ever could, I will take what you have in a Breakdown World Coward and turn it into a Breakdown World Champion, cause..

| wMe Cameras come to a halt as CM Punk vanishes in the distance and the scene fades to black |
