School House Mall | ||||||||||||||||||
Story has it, that in the late 1800's when the mall was still a school, a teacher was killed there. A murderer was running loose and this unlucky teacher was right in harms way. She has been seen wandering the hallways trying to protect her students from the killer. The school was rebuilt on the same ground in 1927 and has since been turned into a mall for specialty shops. |

Frankenmuth Historical Museum | ||||||||||||||||||
Originally built in 1902 as the Commercial House Hotel, it now serves as the home of the Frankenmuth Historical Museum and Fischer Hall Theatre. The Fischer Hall served vaudevillians a stage in the early 1900's and was moved from its original home at the Bavarian Inn to be joined with the Historical Museum in 1986. The museum building was also occupied at one time by the Frankenmuth News, where a worker was found dead at his desk upstairs. |
