Precious, I saw in the Spirit, your heart breaking request for your marriage restoration. I know precious how hard that is-I have been thru that and went thru an inferno about 8 months ago where I thought divorce and separation was what I was headed for. We by the grace of God have been restored, celebrated our 31st anniversary back in Nov 2001. I will tell you, when God brings two people together, he can keep them together, I know we have our own wills, but I'll tell you, seeking the face of the Lord will be your only choice and one in which he can and will act upon. The enemy has tried to destroy my marriage many times-I spent many times reacting to hurtful words, and actions taken against me, it will wear you down-but Paul says, when I am the weakest, Jesus is the strongest. I went to the Lord one day a few years ago, crying and upset, frustrated and told the Lord that I could not understand why I was the only one that had to make changes in my life, and adjustments, why was he not changing my husband which was giving me so much grief. He led me to Isaiah 43:25,26 and he spoke in an audible voice to my heart and mind and said, I Am the I Am that forgives your transgressions and remembers them no more. Come, let's talk about these things. He then spoke and said, "Let me do in YOU so I CAN do in him. Let me make the changes in you so then I can make the changes in him and your family, but you are the one that is willing right now, and I must start with you." The Lord then, asked me a question, he asked me what I wanted in a husband. I thought that as really strange and asked him if he was really asking me that question. He asked again, he said, what do you want your husband to be like? He said, write down what you want your husband to be like, then give it to me, and continue to praise me, pray and be obedient to whatever I ask you to do. I did just that that day in 1993, wrote it in my Bible at the scripture in Isaiah. I wrote these things down, the first being, "I want my husband to love you Lord as much or more than I do and I want him to show me more that he loves me, I want our love to be renewed unto you ...." and it went on and on like that. When I finished, I prayed and said I was giving this to you Lord, and kept that paper in my bible. Over the next 5 yrs. things had gotten bad at times, and I would get down and the Lord would remind me about that letter to him. I went to a ladies advance(retreat)3 yrs. later, in 1996. At this retreat, there were 500 ladies there, I brought two of my friends with me and I knew I was to be there. One of our guest speakers was Karen Hunter I believe her name was, a singer, and she was singing and we were being blessed, and then in the middle of one of the songs, she just stopped. She said the Lord was telling her to stop singing and to share her testimony for it was for one lady there that needed to hear her testimony. I thought WOW, Lord, you are wonderful that you would seek out one person out of a whole group like that. As Karen began sharing her testimony, I went immediately into weeping and in travail, in my spirit, I knew I was the one God singled out to hear her testimony. I was weeping and crying out so hard I could hardly breathe, yet I could hear everything she was saying and with every word, I knew something was going to happen in my life, in my marriage. I felt like I was going to blow up; it felt like my head, and body were going to explode and rip apart, and the fire that raged inside of me was burning so hot. People all around me were throwing scriptures in my lap but I could not grab them for the wailing and weeping and crying and crying out to God. I was scared that I was singled out like that I could not imagine what was going to happen to me that God would speak to me in this way. As she described her husband and what she went thru, I thought she was talking about my husband. What scared me the most was that the Lord told her that he was giving her husband 2 chances to come back to HIM and if he refused, then he would release her from the situation. Her husband refused to come to the Lord and God released her from that marriage, helped to keep her at peace that he was in control and later brought a godly man into her life. When she called for us to come forth for prayer, I could not stand, and I was still weeping and crying so people helped me up front to be prayed for. When she got to me, she looked at me eye to eye and she said, 'precious, you are the one God told me to share my testimony for.' She put her hands on either side of my face and then held me for a long time, praying in the spirit and weeping with me, and then prayed an incredible prayer for me and that God's will will be done in my life and marriage.
Amy, it was two years later, that my husband turned to me before I left for work, having to work 12 hr shifts at the time, and he said we have to talk, and by the tone of his voice, I knew in my spirit that this was the time that God was going to act one way or another. I said, it will be 7:30pm before I get home, he said ok. When I got to work, which was in a computer room where I was at the time the only one in there, I put my praise tapes in the tape player the operators used, and praised the Lord, and was planning on praising and praying all day for my entire 12 hr. I was there. I got my work started for the day and was praising the Lord and then it was like the whole room vibrated and shook with the incredible voice of God, I stood still, not moving, and he said, 'when you get home, you and your husband will talk. You are to keep your mouth shut, don't say a word. He said, I'm giving your husband just 2 chances to come back to me.' I fell back in my chair and shook, I couldn't believe, it was happening as it was, I had flashbacks of Karen's testimony and I was scared. The Lord continued, he said, 'let him talk, don't' say a word, when he finishes, you are to say, 'what I think we need to do now, is to get on our knees and pray'. If he refuses, that is chance #1. Then you are to get up go to his side and get down on your knees and start praying right there by him.(see just how specific God gets here)If he takes your right hand and joins in prayer with you, THEN there will I be and I will work things out. BUT, if he refuses, then I will release you from the situation." Man, I was shaking so bad, but his voice kept thundering in my head and my heart-and about an hour later, one of my prayer partners here in Knoxville, TN called me at work and said, 'I don't understand this Sandy, but God said you would. She then proceeded to tell me exactly what God had just said to me.' I dropped the phone and then said that was a confirmation from God that what he told me was from him and it will happen that way.
I got home at about 7:30p and as I walked into the den, my husband was lying on the couch with an afghan pulled up upon him, and he looked scared and frightened. He spoke before I could say anything and he asked me if I was going to divorce him. I was stunned! I wanted to assure him I was not, but just then, I felt a hand go across my mouth, and in my ear, the voice of God said, 'don't say a word, keep your mouth shut. Just listen until I tell you it is time to pray on your knees'. I shrugged my shoulders and sat down in a chair near him and listened as he spoke and I prayed for wisdom, and discernment while he spoke. I believe I asked him to repeat something cause I could not understand him, other than that, I was silent. Then he stopped and was shaking and the Lord said, now tell him, we need to get on our knees and pray. He looked at me and with a look of horror on his face, he said, I can't. I shot up from my chair and sat next to him and said, you listen to me, Jesus is right behind you with his arms open wide, all you have to do is just turn around and reach out and take his hand, he is there for you. I'll never forget his face, tears streaming down his face, and he looked at me and said, He won't listen to me, I can't. He sat frozen and tears continued to stream down his face. God said in my ear, that is chance # 1, get down on your knees right beside him and start praying. I did just that, I got on my knees and began praying in the spirit, I don't know how long I was praying when the next thing that happened, was my husband got to his knees, took my right hand, and with the other hand put his arm around me and began crying out to God, we prayed and cried for I don't know how long. I was so choked up that it happened just as God said it would. When my husband got back up on the couch, he told me how the Lord had showed him just how far he had turned away from him and he saw Jesus on a horse, with a rope that was around his waist, my husband's waist that is, and he was pulling him up from a black and bottomless pit. As my husband was talking, the Lord reminded me of that day at the Ladies Advance when I heard Karen's testimony and I went into travail, he said, your obedience and travail saved your husband's life. It was my turn to really shake, he also said, unlike her husband, your husband took your right hand and joined in with you in prayer on his 2nd chance. We cried and thanked God together, and then the most remarkable thing happened, as if anything could top that, my husband began crying out how he wanted the Lord to change and make him into the man of God he created him to be, Amy, he began telling Jesus how he wanted to be and to help him be that man. Everything that was on that list of what I wanted my husband to be like the Lord asked me to write down and give to him, everyone of those came from my husbands lips. The Lord reminded me as I listened, he said remember the list I asked you to write down? I said, yes, Lord, and I thank you for your faithfulness to fulfill your promises.
This I'm passing on to you precious, for I know I only share this when the Lord says to share is when he wants to do the same for someone else. Please pray and ask the Lord to show you the validity of this and ask him to show and tell you what steps he wants you to take-for he can come thru for you too-it is only Jesus and your heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit that can change things for you. He is all you need precious and I'm standing with you ok? I am asking for others the Lord leads me to to stand with us for restoration of your life, your husband's and your life together, and your families as well. Our lives touch our children and other members of our families whether we want it to or not. I'm here for you Amy and have you covered in prayer and will stand in the gap for you honey and your husband as well. Jesus cares, he will never let you down. His work on your behalf doesn't have to take that long, so don't let that discourage you ok? You just focus on him and what he wants to do for you. I am also led to tell you that the Lord wants you to start a journal and he wants you to do as he told me, to write down on a piece of paper what you want your husband, and marriage to be like, also anything else that is concerning you; write it down and give it to Jesus by saying,' Jesus, I make this covenant with you, and thank you that you are taking this from here. Help me to stay strong and be always close to you and hear your voice that I may know daily that you are in control. Teach me your ways Lord that I may be all you have created me to be, help me to trust you with all that is in me, for I do love you so much and I thank you for loving me as you do.'

I would like to thank all of my friends and prayer partners for praying for my
friend, TINA that I work with. She has received a miracle from God. Praise His
Holy Name!! She had already gone through months of chemo for brain and lung cancer over a year ago. Free for one year then the doctors found a spot of cancer on her liver. Hodgkin?s, the kind that spreads. Her mother had died of it years several years ago. I took her to the River last Friday for the prayer
service. Before the Pastor ever prayed for her, she said she felt this warmth go throughout her body, touching every organ. She went back to the doctor on Tues, and the doctors can't understand what happened. They have been watching this thing grow for over 3 to 4 months. It had been the size of a quarter
during the last visit. But Tues, the doctor said it has CHANGED TO BENIGN AND IS A CYST GETTING SMALLER. HALLELUJAH!!!!
>I am in Ohio, Steph and I got together and talked Tuesday evening, things went well and we really talked and listened. Today we went to a marriage counselor (Christian) and we went out to eat with another couple. We talked again afterward. Please keep praying and if you know of anyone else who would pray for us please let them. I believe God is working this out.

I find myself in awe of how God is healing Morgan everyday. It has been a month since this last email. Morgan is talking better than ever, crawling across the floor, started doing front-rolls (she is a gymnast)a couple of
weeks ago. No-one can explain how and why this is happening so quickly. There is only one true answer, God'sHealing Hand is over Morgan! We have full faith that Morgan will walk soon. The therapist and doctor's have their doubts, we don't. Just watch as God does the impossible for man.
We are hoping to have her feeding tube taken out very soon. She has not used it for over a month of eating by mouth. She is sleeping well with no medications. This is a huge answered prayer. Daddy is finally getting some sleep.
There are many stories to tell about Morgan and the miracles we have seen. One night at 3:00 AM I was on my knees in prayer asking God to show me his healing power over Morgan. Her arms and legs were going everywhere she
did not want them to go. Morgan's right arm had not moved with her control since she was sick. 10 minutes after I prayed, Morgan moved her right arm. She started giving me high 5s. I woke Cathy and we both cried as we thanked God for the healing. The next morning Morgan could not move her arm and did not remember. She did the same thing the next night but could not remember the next day. I believe this was God showing me he is in control but His time is better than mine. Today Morgan can now move her arm pretty well. This was a taste of the miracles God had in store
for Morgan.

All,
It has been over a month since I sent the last update on Morgan. First of all, thank you all so much for continued prayers and thoughts. God and your prayers have carried us now for the past 3 months.
Last time I wrote, God had healed Morgans talking and eating. Thank you Lord! A month later, Morgan continues to talk (by the way, she can read, do math, remembers pretty much everything). She is inconsistent on eating.
The last few days she has eaten well and is not using her feeding tube.
She has generally stopped crying uncontrollably. This is a huge prayer answered. She told us that she did not know why she cried but just did. Also, her uncontrolled body movement (legs, arms) has calmed in the last 3 days.
Morgan can now hold her head up part of the time. She can also simulate walking with her legs when we hold her in the standing position. Every
day she gets better and can hold a little more weight on her legs. She is moving her fingers a little and can pinch my nose.
We see God healing her every day. In Luke Chapter 18, it talks about praying constantly and not giving up. We ask that you keep Morgan in your continued prayers.

I want to update you on Morgan! God healed her speaking and eating this weekend. It is truly a miracle. Here is how it happened.
Dec 27 - Morgan moved her legs during our play time and sipped from a cup (you saw this in my last email)
Dec 28 - Morgan ate 3 small goldfish crackers, sipped from the straw and stuck out her tongue.
Dec 29-Morgan at 15 crackers, a kit kat, some mellow yellow and a french fry. She also made a noise when she wanted a drink. She also gave me my first pucker kiss.
Dec 30-Morgan blew me a kiss in the morning. Cathy got her to say the "SH" sound. We worked on adding other sounds during the day. By evening, she was saying DA DA and MA MA. Also her eating improved. She had some potatoes,carrots and steak (like her dad).
Dec 31 - Morgan continued to make sounds but started saying words in syllables. She was very slow but each word was broken up correctly. On Monday night, around 8:00 God really started moving. In less than 3 hours, she went from syllables to complete sentences. It was totally
amazing. I watched as God healed my daughter.
Jan 1- She continued to get better talking (faster and louder) and is making some neck movement. But, her agitation is back.
Morgan prays out loud to God constantly asking him to heal her and make her better. It is breaking our hearts but we know he is getting better.
I ask that you will continue to pray for Morgan's agitation and continued Healing.
My God receive all the Glory!

Through prayer an attorney came to us got us and injunction to get back into
our church. Praise God we will have our normal services Sunday. He told us there were fourty something charges filed against these people so that should keep them busy for a while and give us time to make repairs and get Gods
house back in order. There was a lot of damage done to the building. I myself thank God for what happened it was an eye opening, learning experience. My parents thank you all and think you are the best for the way you rallied

>The Lord did it, I was selected for the Information Technology job for the Sheriff's Dept. I start Monday morning at 7:30 AM. My hours will probably be 7:00 AM until 3:30 daily. That means I can attend Church every Sunday unless I have to work for some other reason. For sure, I'll be in Church more.
It's been a long struggle for me at the Adult Detention Center (ADC). The enemy has put me through the mill time and time again. Some of it is my own weaknesses, some of it was the environment, but through it all was the enemy trying to push me to anger, or into other areas of sin. Now, thank God, it's over for a time. For 6 months, I'll be out of the Jail and only going in to work on computers, install software, or install new hardware. Six months is all they promise me but it could be for a longer period of time. At first, they said a minimum of 1 year. I would like to stay longer but that is in the hands of the Lord.
I'll be getting training in computers, installing them, software and hardware things, and other items I haven't had explained to me yet. Keep me in prayer and thanks to each of you and the others out there who have prayed for me. I need wisdom and knowledge and an understanding trainer. I have some experience but not as much as others that applied. I was very honest with the interviewers and they selected me anyway. Truly, the Lord opened this door. I didn't want the job if it wasn't his will.
As I explained earlier, my blood pressure was getting higher no matter how much exercise and diet watching I did. Hopefully, this will change. I felt almost immediately a weight being lifted from my shoulders. I felt more at peace and closer to the Lord. My wife and family are happy for me. Home every night, off weekend and holidays. Life is sweet although I may still have to work some evenings and days off. My salary will drop some due to the difference in hours worked. I will have to make that up.
I'll be working for a civilian which is a change for me. I'm so happy and thankful. Our Lord is wonderful, as I look at it now, I can see his hand in everything. For example, in my present job I work for a wonderful Lady Lieutenant. Guess what, she got transferred to the Information Technology job too. She's been a strong supporter of mine this last year, motivating me and encouraging me. Now she'll be one of my supervisors under the civilian. Out of nowhere, she was transferred to the I.T. branch too. Even the interview had the Lord's hand moving things. One of the people who interviewed me is a Christian and was my Sergeant years before. He knows I am a Christian and he and I both attended the Stand in the Gap Service in Washington, D.C. that was put on some time ago by Promise Keepers. When he worked with me, we spent time talking about the Lord. Joseph is one of his heroes. He just happened to be picked to interview me.
Thanks again for praying for me and sometimes daily lifting up my name to the Lord. He is wonderful and truly he will not withhold any good thing from us. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Look to him in time of need. I am in your debt. Thanks again.

I have a praise report to Jesus. If you scroll down and read your payer for me you find it amazing. What I am going to tell you is right on target, no fabrication or strecthing of thre truth to fit the prayer.
I had AAA take my car to the shop this morning. I go inside to talk to my friends inside the building. The mechanic, Burt, say "Boyd don't sit down, it'll only be a couple of minutes and you'll be outta here" HUH! All that was wrong was a distributor wire had come loose and he put it back on and away i went. It did not cost me a cent. We went all the way up to my church and picked up a 1993 HONDA, Accura. FREE OF CHARGE. Sandy, "ain't" God good :o)
Tonight the rest of the prayer will come to past. We are going to praise the Lord and no one is going to prevent it. The Gospel will go forth. amen

Thank you Jesus, we love you and worship you and give you all the praise and glory for working all things out for Boyd. Rom 8:28-31 we claim and stand on in Jesus name. We will expect you to act for your word in Ps 42:11 says we can, giving you all praise and glory for it. You are his help and his God.
Now, Satan, here this!!!!! Hands off my brother!! you are a loser, a liar and thief and you will not steal from anything God has given him!!! he will be blessed by God in your face! I bind you now by the authority of Jesus Christ that is in me and I cast you out into the dry places! I bind you here on earth as you are in Heaven-I cancel all plans to attack and harrass by brother, and those of your cohorts! I cancel them and turn them back on you-I pray for all the blessings and peace and more of you Lord to fill my brother in Jesus name, surround him, his family, his home, his coming and his goings in Jesus name-let not any angle surrounding him be uncovered by your protection!! I pray that he will have a testimony to share monday night, the 4th of what you have done on his behalf-you are Lord and King of Kings and have defeated Satan at every turn-so we stand on this and claim the victory which is our because you have already won this battle for him. HELP, the enemy is trying to act like a complete idiot again. I went out yesterday afternoon(saturday) and my car broke down. I was out in the desert next to the rail road tracks. He tried to strand me out there. My car has to be towed to the shop on monday morning. I am suppose to go to prison for Bible study tomorrow night.
I prayed while i was out there yesterday. finally after 45 minutes a train came by. I waved to get his attention and motion to my car with the hood up that it was dead. I made a telephone signal with my hand and he waved at me. Thank God the engineer called back the the rail yard and a Rail road police came out and got to me. We couldn't get the car to start so i used his cell and called AAA.
It was cold and windy out there too and by the time i got home it was 6:00 P.M. the car quit at 4:30P.M.
Now you are probably wondering why was i out
there to begin with, simple answer---I'M A TRAIN NUT :o) I HAVE GOTTEN SOME EXCELLENT SHOTS at that very spot. All I can say is thankl God for that engineer. Annother train did not come by after that one. So there we are, dread in the water again.
Pardon me for saying this or sounding like I want revenge. You know the part in Revelation about satan having to bow before Jesus and confess out loud that He is the king of Kings and Lord of Lords. the part right before he gets dumped in to the pit and it is sealed up forever....I want a front row seat so I can watch it all...........sorry
I'm so darn upset i just want to scream but instead my eyes watered up and tears fell down my face. Thanks for your prayers, Sandy. God bless

My mom called yesterday morning and she had a fever and sounded pretty down and so I decided I should go and see her last night.
I went to see her, her fever for back to normal and everything checked out fine and, to top that off, she had walked farther on her walker than she was able to do in the past year!!! She was so proud. She had made it to the end of the hallway! She didn't loose all her strength. She was amazed at herself! I put that pencil and paper down on her desk as you had said to do and told her all about how God works and about your telephone calls, etc. She accepted this all with no questions and no disbelief. She even said, "She is quite a person!" I told her about your book, about how you focus on God and about how you care about people. I told her she must focus on God and talk to Him and tell him all she needs and He will listen to her...and she accepted this also! A few years ago, she would have dismissed this all as a fad. She listened seriously now! Thanks for your prayers, Sandy.
