1. You must have a website, no exeptions. No neopets or neopets-related sites. If you have one of these, you will not get a Xuranan.
2. Link back, provide a link back to http://www.oocities.org/wolfhowl_moonwings no link, no cyberpet.
3. Do not claim the Xuranan as your own, re adopt them out, make clip art out of them, etc. The only changes I will permit is making the background transparent, Nothing Else!!!
4. Do not steal other people's Xuranan, and if you see one that is stolen, e-mail me. You might get a reward. <^.^>
5. Do not ask me when your Xuranan will come, first of all you have to wait at least a week for each stage. Second during that one week period I have to draw, color, scan the stages of your Xuranan. Then I have to get them onto this computer with floppys. Sometimes I don't have time, but I will send you a message notifying you if you got it or not.
6. When I e-mail you the stages of your Xuranan, you must upload them to your own server within 1 week, unless a reason is givin through e-mail BEFORE the week is up.
7. Do not make your own 'Xuranan' and try to adopt them out. Or use the name on anything simmilair. Because I will find you, and force you to take them down! *Evil Grin*
8. Have fun! I mean whats the point of this whole adoption process thing if you're not going to have fun?
