:: Participant Eexpectations :: |

- Stonehaven is a drug and alcohol free space. Smoking is not allowed indoors, however, there are ash trays available outdoors. Please do not drop your cigarette butts on the ground.
- Please put your trash in the proper receptacles. There are also recylcling receptacles and composting receptacles for organic matter.
- This is a cross cultural event. Out of respect, we ask that there be no nudity, except in the public shower. There will be a private bath provided for Muslim women.
- Fire is only permitted in the designated fire pit.
- There is a pool, and a hot tub, but it will only be available certain hours. Hours will be posted for your convenience.
- Quiet hours will begin at midnight in the camping areas.
- Motor vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
- All food provided by WAW will be vegetarian, however, vendors will be present if you would like to buy something different than what we are offering.
- We come from a variety of different backgrounds. We ask that this community makes an effort to model peaceful co-existence even if we do not agree.
- This conference is for women only.
- As a participant in this conference I agree to the aforementioned expectations.
Thank you, Women’s Nation Collective
