Ingredients

240g granulated sugar
240g margarine (easy to find vegetable margarine)
60g patatoe flour
60g rice flour
60g corn flour
60g ground oats
4 eggs
8g baking powder

Optional

vanilla essence
Icing sugar to sprinkle on top.

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour mixture into cake/loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Place top of oven preheated to 180 degrees centigrade.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked. Check with skewer. Remove from oven and allow to cool in tin.
Turn out later. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
