Ingredients
240g granulated sugar |

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour mixture into cake/loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Place top of oven preheated to 180 degrees centigrade.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked. Check with skewer.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in tin.
Turn out later. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
