I am 22 years old and have called myself and animal lover my whole life. Yet in my life I have done little to nothing to help them. I have not spoken for those who can't speak, defended those who are defenseless, or challenged my society to change. With millions of innocent animals dying horrible deaths each year, 22 years is too long. One day is too long.
On this page, I will use my greatest weapon, knowledge. I hope that by showing others what is actually happening all around us, they too will be motivated to do something.  This is an ongoing project, so I will be adding more links, more information and more pictures as time goes by.  For right now, please read and think about the quotes below and follow some of the banners at the bottom of the page.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
--Edmund Burke (1729-1797)
Wild animals never kill for sport. Man is the only one to whom the torture and death of his fellow creatures is amusing in itself.
--Froude (1818-1894)
I am in favour of animal rights as well as human rights. That is the way of a whole human being.
--Abraham Lincoln
Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages.
--Thomas A. Edison (1847-1931)
The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? But rather, Can they suffer?"
--Jeremy Bentham, 19th century Philosopher, Oxford University
