She calls herself Judgment. She had a normal life once, until a near death experience gave her powers she didn't want or understand. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, but for her, they really are. When she looks into a persons eyes, she looks into their soul, seeing the sins and the virtues and the very core of their being. Haunted by the profound evil she saw in the souls of so many, she became a cloaked avenger, the personification of justice, a goddess of vengence; she became Judgment. Call her a superhero, or a vigilante; a saint or a madwoman, but don't meet her eyes unless you're sure of what she'll find. Her justice is not blind, but swift. She has the unique ability to know, truly, whether a soul is worth saving. And she looks into yours and sees nothing worth redemption, then the supernatural green glowing eyes with be the last thing you ever see. Are you ready for your Judgment?
On a side note: aside from the ability to see into souls, she gained two more powers from her experience. Once she locks eyes with any living thing, it is mesmerized, like the mouse before the cobra. No one and nothing can resist the lure of her glowing green eyes. And two, she gained access to the memories of her past lives, and all the skills associated with them. Consequently, a woman who had never picked up a sword, now fights with the skill level of a Samuri from feudal Japan, and mediates with near Yogi level awareness. I am planning on further developing this character but I am not sure for what yet. |
