DEEP FRY ALL KINDS


Beat an egg in a bowl of milk and add salt & pepper. Then dip the fish into the mixture. Put a liberal amount of yellow corn meal in a brown paper bag.Drop fish in the bag and shake good to cover it with the meal.Fry in deep fry and when the fish floats, it is done.
