The Lord's Prayer

O ur Father, who art in heaven,
hallow be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into tempation,
but deliver us from evil.

P ater noster; qui es in cælum Sacitficetur nomen tuum,
adveniat regnuum tuum;
fiat voluntas tua sicut in cælo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimmitte nobis debita nostra,
sicut et nos dimmitimus debitoribus nostris;
et ne nos inducas in tentationem.

G iven to us by the master Jesus, like he said this is an all around good prayer. What to pray and don't no what, pray like this... Also for gestures one does NOT hold there hands up and out to the sides, that is for the preist to do. For layity (non religious) it is acceptable to hold hands with each other.
