Woodlake Association Board Meeting
March 22, 2007
Denise called the meeting to order at 6:15pm.
Present: Denise Schoonmaker, President
Marcy Blackwell, Vice President
Colette Williams, Secretary
(Ramon) Alfonso Gomez, Treasurer (arrived late)
Gloria Hillenberg, Director
Debbie McConnell, Woodlake’s CMC Property Manager
MINUTES APPROVED: Denise made a motion to approve the prior meeting’s
minutes without reading them. Colette seconded. Unanimously approved.
TREASURY REPORT: Ramon read from the financial statements.
Delinquencies were also discussed.
Action that had been approved at the last meeting has been initiated.
Denise made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Marcy
seconded. Unanimously approved.
MANAGEMENT REPORT:
• Debbie gave Colette a copy of our 2006 tax return.
• A letter has been sent to the city to stop our recycling program.
• Debbie will contact our attorney regarding the next step to take
against the neighbor who has dumped his tree branches on Woodlake
property, by the main dumpster.
LATE FEE ON ASSOCIATION FEES OF $100 OR MORE: Gloria made a motion
that once any Woodlake unit owner is behind $100 for any reason,
including if the $100 is made up partially or completely of late
fees, that a late fee be assessed. Marcy seconded. Unanimously approved.
CLEANING OFF ROOFS: Marcy made a motion to accept the bid from Bianco
Valencia to clean off Woodlake roofs that need it. Colette seconded.
Unanimously approved.
NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED: The next Board Meeting is scheduled for April
26, 2007 at 6:00pm.
Denise adjourned the meeting at 8:40pm.
