Emergency Board Meeting

Marcy called the meeting to order at 6:01pm.
Present: Marcy Blackwell, Vice President
Colette Williams, Secretary
(Ramon) Alfonso Gomez, Treasurer (arrived late)
Gloria Hillenberg, Director
Marcy made a motion to terminate CMC (Community Management Concepts)
as Woodlake’s property management company (as of July 1, 2007).
Gloria seconded. Unanimously approved.
Marcy made a motion to hire Holiday Isles Property Management as
Woodlake’s property management company (as of July 1, 2007). Colette
seconded. Unanimously approved.
Marcy adjourned the meeting at 6:02 pm.
