EMERGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
June 19, 2007
Marcy called the meeting to order at 6:09pm.
Present: Denise Schoonmaker, President
Marcy Blackwell, Vice President
Colette Williams, Secretary
(Ramon) Alfonso Gomez, Treasurer
QUORUM VERIFIED: We had a Board quorum (enough Board Members present
to conduct business;
there must be at least three).
Marcy made a motion to add Denise Schoonmaker as
Board President to
the signature cards of all
Woodlake Association bank accounts being set up at Colonial Bank,
which is the financial institution
used by Holiday Isles Property Management. Colette seconded.
Unanimously approved.
Denise made a motion to accept the Colonial Bank resolutions. Marcy
seconded. Unanimously
approved.
Marcy adjourned the meeting at 7:04pm
