Fight The Resistance
     Since  World War II, antibiotics have been widely used. They have saved countless lives and blunted many serious diseases and infections. After being widely used, antibiotics  are not as affective as they used to be. To reduce antibiotic resistance, stricter guidlines must be set on the over prescription of antibiotics, decrease transmission by having a more relaxed attendance policy in schools, and set stricter guidlines on the use of antibiotics in livestock.
      Antibiotics are among the  20th centuries greatest health innovations. They have saved countless lives and it is vital to preserve the effectiveness of the drugs that prevent human diseases. Over-prescription, increased transmission, and livestock use have made it more likely that bacterial will become resistant to antibiotics that treat human diseases.
