George Strait I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Hard to believe living in Florida it didn't rain.It all started at 10 AM. Brenda and I got there at 11 AM when the gates opened up to Strait Land. I bought my George Strait Concert T-shirt. We walked around checking everything out. It was pretty fun. They had fair rides & boothes set up all around. Places to try and win back stage passes to meet George. Unfortunately I wasn't a winner, but the chance to even try was exciting enough for me.

We decided to walk in the stadium to check out our seats. We were right smack to the left side of the stage. Looking around at how huge the stadium was I couldn't believe how close we were.We saw first Lee Ann Womack perform & sat tight for Aaron Tippin. He came out as the nut he is, wearing a bath robe & slippers. He put on a really fun show. Then it was time for Faith Hill. She could not have been anymore graceful.

Her show was wonderful. Then came Tim MaGraw. Another outstanding show, and then Faith came out and they did their duet together. Just as touching as their video together.

George Strait10 hours had passed and now it was time!!!

My heart was pounding and I was shaking. First out was the Ace & the Hole Band. Then walking out in an off white shirt, black hat and famous wrangler jeans there he was... I was jumping up and down like a little girl. Screaming my head off and going nuts! I had never dreamed I would see him so close. He came out singing "Take Me Back to Tulsa". I went absolutly crazy when he sang one of my favorites:"One Step at a time" I prayed he would and sure enough also "Blue Clear Sky" my song. I can't sit here and tell you every one because sad to say I was just so excited I can't remember, but know I sang along to everyone. I was snapping pictures left and right, but sad to say, they didn't turn out very well at all. I wanted to cry. It was just too dark, and I was not close enough. The bottom line is he put on an AWESOME show. That is not even the word for it.JUST AMAZING!
