The Secrets of Long Life

The secret of a long life, according to scientists,
is staying mentally, physically and socially active.

According to one spokesperson, aging brains need fresh
challenges to stay agile.

At one time, scientists thought that memory inevitable
dulled in old age, as irreplaceable brain cells died off,
but recently discovered that the adult brain can generate
new cells, even well into old age, helping seniors function
well mentally until the end of their lives.

The real key is staying active, staying busy with travel,
entertainment and keep learning new skills. A good place to
start is the computer, but overdo it, as everyone needs a little
time to rest.

So far, it has worked for my boss, who is in his senior years!
