The Matched Pair!

First 7 pix are 'original' car.   It was Mom's car, and the car both John (Jr) & Bill learned to drive in.   The motor was bored out to some outlandish cubic inch, and we'd installed Jahn's Racing Pistons in it as well!  For a BIG car, even in the Sixties, it hauled butt!   Last driven in 1964, but Dad had turned the motor over as recently as 1983.   It's been stored inside the Shed since he passed away in 1984, and includes many NOS parts piled into the back seat area.

The next 4 pix are of the 'parts' car Dad purchased in 1984 that was going to supply the needed parts to restore 'Moms' car.   It was purchased near Detroit Lakes (MN) and driven into storage in 1984.  It is complete, but hasn't been started since it was parked inside the Shed.
