Fat Balls

 

2  1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup wheat germ
1/4 Cup milk
4 Tablespoons warm margarine
1 egg
1 Tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1  1/4 teaspoons salt
1 envelope dry yeast
3 Tablespoons warm water

Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Mix flour, garlic, wheat germ, and salt; then cut in margarine.  Stir in egg, molasses, and milk.  Then mix in yeast mixture.  Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.  Cut into shapes and put on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 375o F for 20 minutes.  Cool overnight.
