I have been getting this 360 site set up the way I like it. I have found that I can share photos from My Yahoo Photos. I would like it so that all the features I use from Yahoo are available here. I don't see a place to share My Web entries or my bookmarks. I'll keep looking. I also set up a small place at MySpace; the main purpose was to reffer paople here. Another item for the wish list at 360 is spell checker for composing a blog entry.
Other items I have been working on is the Linux. I was going to install Linspire 5.0 on the Gateway 500. The published hardware requirements say it won't run on this system. 4.5 runs fine as does MS Windows XP Pro sp2. One problem with the Linspire is the Mozzila and Firefox browses closing themselves. A sure sign of a virus if I ever saw one....but they say say no Linux viruses. I was going going to run Crossover with Linspire 5 so I could run XP in virtualzation. Now I guess I will get Win4lin and run either 98 SE or Me.
I grilled some steaks this afternon for the Fourth picnic. It rained all morning. Looked like rain a while ago but the sun has been out. The space shuttle launched ok. The "live" Internet feed from ABC was about 7 seconds behind the live broarcast feed on TV. Tomorrow off the Harrisburg with Kathy and Gail.
