The Planning Council Meetings were good.  The Deputy Secretary talks fast and the pages on her PowerPoint change too quickly to write much down.  There were a few details about the passed budget.  A 2% COLA instead of the hoped for 4%.  A 2% COLA for CHIPP funding which was great news!!  No funds to replace the IGT funds, that was bad news.  The Adult Advisory Committee meeting was a good meeting with good discussion.  The presentations that were given were good but the whole meeting was not OMHSAS talking heads.  I always enjoy riding with Gail and Kathy.  It was fun having supper with John and Gayle Wednesday night along with Gail and with Tim and John on Thursday along with Gail and Kathy.  The time spent with Mary for PMHCA and personal time was good.  She is a cool lady.
