Mew: Wow... There's lots of neat stuff in here.

(She's walking down a hall in the Palace of Dreams. After nearing a corner, she hears voices coming towards her.)

Mew: Uh-oh! I better hide!

(She ducks behind a large vase. Once she hears the voices come around the corner, she peers around the vase to see who it is. She sees a girlie looking guy in a fabulous white skirt and a a girl with glasses and braids.)

Mew: Kem! Kuja!

Kem: What? Mew! There you are!

Kuja: We've been looking all over for you. Where have you been?

Mew: Looking around. This is a really neat place.

Kuja: Isn't it?

Kem: I'm so glad you're okay! Now we have to find the others.

Mew: Where are they?

Kuja: We split up to make looking for you easier.

Mew: Oh. Okay. Lets go then.

Serenity: You aren't going anywhere in THIS palace.

(They all turn to see the evil sorceress standing behind them.)

Kuja: Serenity, I presume.

Serenity: That's right. Do I know you from somewhere?

Kuja: I don't believe we've met, but I thought my reputation would have preceded me.

Serenity: I'm afraid I have no idea who you are- Unless you're that sorcerer of Dragon Magic that resides in the human realm. What's his name... Kevin? No. Karl, maybe?

Kuja: Kuja.

Serenity: That's it! (looking him over) You're Kuja?

Kuja: I am.

Serenity: Hmmmmm.... I think the stories I heard were exaggerated. And they left out the skirt.

Kuja: I happen to like the skirt. I've been told it's a nice touch and that it pulls the whole ensemble together.

Serenity: If you say so... Any way, I'm afraid I'm going to have to kick you out. I hope they'll be no hard feelings.

Kem: Wait! You put all the humans on Earth to sleep! We aren't leaving until you wake them up!

Serenity: That's funny! You honestly think you can tell me what to do!

Kem: And you'll do it.

Serenity: I'm afraid not. (raising her arms) Well, bye now! It was fun meeting you, Kuja!

(A bright flash lights the hallway. When they regain their vision, Kem, Kuja, and Mew find themselves in the valley where the the palace was. The others are there, too. The palace, however, has vanished.)

Stardust: Oh no! She must have taken the palace back to our realm.

Kem: Isn't that good?

Shimmer: Not with all the humans still sleeping! We need to go find her and the princess to restore everyone!

Kuja: How do we get to your realm?

Stardust: Leave that to us!

(The fairies use the little flying teleportation technique they used earlier to transport Kem and the others to their own dimension. Meanwhile, the Palace of Dreams has indeed arrived back to it's true resting place. It now rests on a mountain peak above Nightmare Valley. Inside, Serenity is walking down some stairs towards the dungeon.)

Serenity: Hmmmm.... That girl with Kuja.... She was the one who was taken out of the dream by the fairies. Maybe I shouldn't have let her go.... Well, it's too late to worry about that now. I must see that Dream Princess. She has a lot of explaining to do.
