The Pikachu and Mew Show
(Back at Kem's house, our Pokémon friends are trying to figure out what that purple cloud was and why it made them human. Mew Two, Mystic, Lightning, and evil Thunder all all in Mew Two's lab waiting for him to tell them what the cloud was.)
Mystic: Do you know what it is yet, Two?
Mew Two: (looking into a microscope) It appears to be a spore from some type of plant, but I don't recognize it as from any plant I've ever studied before...
Lightning: That's no good.
evil Thunder: Yeah. You're supposed to know everything. I swear I heard you say you did.
Mew Two: I never said that and you know it.
evil Thunder: Whatever, dude....
(Inside the house, Mew, Blossom, and Thunder are sitting with Kem)
Blossom: I wonder why she won't wake up... Kem sleeps like a rock sometimes, but this is starting to worry me. She's never been this bad before...
Mew: I know... I hope she's okay.
Thunder: She'll be fine as soon as Mew Two figures out what that cloud was.
Mew: What if he can't? Then what will we do!?
Blossom: When has Mew Two not figured something out? He ALWAYS figures stuff out.
Mew: Okay...
(Mew Two and the other walk into the house.)
Blossom: Well?
Mew Two: I know it's a spore, but that's all I can tell you.
Mew: What kind of spore?
Mew Two: I don't know.
Thunder: Is it what made us people?
Mew Two: I think so.
Blossom: Why?
Mew Two: I'm not sure.
Mew: Is it why Kem won't wake up?
Mew Two: Could be.
Lightning: Basically, he has no idea what's going on yet.
Mew: (falling into a chair) Great...
Mew Two: Don't sound so down, Mew. I know it's a plant spore, so identifying it shouldn't be too difficult. I just need to go to the library and get some books. Don't worry about it.
Mew: Don't say that! You're being way to positive. It's creeping me out.
Mew Two: Would you rather I tell you that Kem will die and the world is going to end?
Mew: No, but when you act pleasant it kinda creeps me out.
Mew Two: *rolling his eyes* I'll remember that (sarcasm). Any way, who wants to come to the library with me? I might need help carrying the books home.
evil Thunder: Sorry, dude, but I don't like books. They give me a rash.
Thunder: I'm bad at carrying things.
Mystic: I have to- ummmmmm... watch Kem!
Mew: Me too!
Lightning: I need to watch Mew. She's nothing but trouble, you know.
Mew: Hey!
Blossom: Fine then. I guess I'll go with you.
Mew Two: *sigh* Fine.
Blossom: Hey! Why did you sigh like that!?
Mew Two: Come on.
Blossom: Not until you explain yourself!
(Mew Two walks out the door.)
Blossom: Get back here!
(She chases after him.)
Mew: *giggling* They're funny!
Mystic: Yeah.
Lightning: You're bad, Mew. Did you already forget what happened last time you teased him about Blossom?
Mew: Who's teasing him about Blossom? I just made a clever observation.
Thunder: She wants to get beat up again.
evil Thunder: Yep.
(Lightning shakes his head. The screen cuts to the library. Mew Two and Blossom are walking up the stars.)
Mew Two: (looking at the doors) I wonder why the doors aren't unlocked yet... It should have opened over an hour ago.
Blossom: Doesn't it seem kinda quiet out here to you?
Mew Two: (looking around) Yes. There's no one around at all. This is truly very strange...
Blossom: Okay. There's no one around and the library is still closed. What do we do now?
Mew Two: I don't know. I need to find a way to identify that spore.
Blossom: Maybe we should go back home and try looking on the internet.
Mew Two: No... I don't like the internet. I know! Lets go to that 24 hour book store by Wal-Mart.
Blossom: Okay...
(They turn around, go down the steps, and start walking down the street. After a few minutes of walking they arrive at "Night Owl 24 Hour Book Store that is open 24 hours." Mew Two and Blossom go inside. The place looks empty.)
Blossom: I knew people don't read much these days, but this is ridiculous.
Mew Two: Indeed. Where is everyone?
(They hear a noise that sounds like snoring coming from behind the cash register. They walk over to find the cashier fast asleep.)
Blossom: *pushing the cashier* Hey! Wake up! Hello!? WAKE UP! *turning to Mew Two* He's fast asleep and he's not going to wake up.
Mew Two: Just like Kem...
(Mew Two crosses his arms and stands there. He's thinking about stuff.)
Blossom: What's on your mind?
Mew Two: *walking towards the fairy tales section* Strange clouds... Plant spores... Deep sleep... No people... *scanning over the books on the shelf* I've only heard of this in one place.
(Blossom walks over to him. Mew Two takes a book of the shelf and flips through it. He stops at a page with a picture of a beautiful white stone palace. Above it, a title reads "The legend of the Palace of Dreams")
Blossom: You mean that old story about the Dream Princess?
Mew Two: Yeah.
Blossom: You have got to be kidding me. I thought you don't believe in fairy tales.
Mew Two: I don't, but-
Blossom: But?
Mew Two: As much as it saddens me to admit it, this is the only thing that makes sense.
Blossom: Are you feeling okay? First you're being positive and now you're trying to use fairy tales to explain all the freaky stuff that's happening. You must have inhaled to many of those spores.
Mew Two: *reading* "...Then one night, a strange purple could descended upon the small village of sleepless people. It put all the villagers into a deep sleep..."
Blossom: No way!
Mew Two: It gets better. *reading* "... As the villagers slept, the Princess of Dreams, Princess Serenity, who had sent down her magical dream spores off her sleep plants, would go from house to house giving each person a happy dream to dream using the magic of the spores."
Blossom: You don't think....
Mew Two: I think we should look into it. It IS the only lead we have.
Blossom: Well, okay. Where is the Palace of Dreams?
Mew Two: You're assuming it exists.
Blossom: Fine. If it exists, where is it?
Mew Two: That's what we have to look into. Lets go talk to the others first.
Blossom: Do we need that book? I don't think we have it at home.
Mew Two: (going up to the register) I know. We'll just have to borrow it.
(He grabs some paper and a pen and writes a note. He leaves the note and the pen on the register and walks towards the door.)
Blossom: What did you write?
Mew Two: I said I needed to borrow the book and that I would bring it back as soon as I was finished in the same condition it was in when I took it.
Blossom: Okay...
Mew Two: Don't worry about it. Lets go home.
(They leave the bookstore.)
