(Back in the city, Naraku and Sesshomaru are walking down the street looking for any signs of an auction hall.)

Naraku: Sesshomaru, what does an auction hall look like?

Sesshomaru: I imagine it would look like any other building.

Naraku: How will we tell it apart from everything else, then?

Sesshomaru: I'm sure they'd put a sign on the front or something.

Naraku: What if they don't?

Sesshomaru: Then we'll have to check all of the buildings in town.

Naraku: That will take forever!

Sesshomaru: Stop whining, Naraku! We will search until we find that crystal! We have to.

Naraku: Why?

Sesshomaru: You ARE an idiot, aren't you?

Naraku: I don't follow you.

Sesshomaru: We need to find the Dream Crystal to get that annoying princess out of the way so we can keep the Earth and all our future human slaves to ourselves.

Naraku: You mean we aren't going to share the Earth with Princess Serenity like we promised?

Sesshomaru: That is exactly what I mean. We are merely using her to keep the humans out of the way until we have all we need to put our plan into action.

Naraku: Oh! Okay! I get what you're saying now.

Sesshomaru: Good. Now, lets find that crystal- Wait! Look there, Naraku!

(He points to a house about a block down the street. He sees 7 human teenagers talking outside of it. They are a rather odd looking group as 2 of them are very tall and the others not so tall. 2 of them have pink hair, 2 have brown hair, one has blonde hair, another has orange hair, and the other has blue hair. Hmmmmm.... Maybe they aren't so odd looking. You know teenagers these days...)

Naraku: Those humans aren't sleeping!

Sesshomaru: How can that be?

(They watch the kids as they talk to each other.)

Naraku: What are we going to do about this, Sesshomaru?

(Sesshomaru uses his hand to set his hair back behind his ear.)

Sesshomaru: There are only seven of them... And they are just children... We'll leave them be. For now...

Naraku: Are you sure we want to do that?

Sesshomaru: I am. (pause) Now, lets go. We have a Dream Crystal to find.

(Sesshomaru turns and walks back in the direction they came from. Naraku looks at the teenagers one last time, then hurries after Sesshomaru.)
