(Jessica, Other Joe, Kitt, and R.S. are walking through Viridian City towards TPAMS's Studios. They figured they'd find them there. Kitt, of course, failed to mention that she had spoken to Kem who was with Thunder and Mew at their suburban house. Kitt and R.S. hang back while Joe and Jessica are out front.)

Jessica: Wow! I can't believe he gave us such an important mission.

Other Joe: How do you know it's really important. Maybe he was just trying to get rid of us.

Jessica: Stop being so negative! I'm sure it's very important!

(Back by Kitt and R.S.)

R.S.: How are we going to fake a kidnapping?

Kitt: We can't... Do you think he's on to us? Maybe that's why he sent us.

R.S.: But how could he know?

Kitt: I don't know! This is so weird!

R.S.: I know. We have to find a way to get him off our trail.

Kitt: How?

R.S.: We could hire a fake Thunder and Mew.

Kitt: (pointing to Jessica and Joe) What about them?

R.S.: Yeah... I know! We can warn Thunder and Mew! Then they can beat us and we'll go back and tell him that they kicked the crap out of us! We can even make up some snotty remark from them to make it seem more real!

Kitt: Great idea! (pulling a cell phone out of her purse and dialing) That should trick him for sure. (pause) Hello? (pause) Kem! Listen up! Kuja sent us to get Thunder and Mew. Send them to the studio to beat us up so we can go back and say they beat us up. (pause) Okay. And tell them to think of a mean message to bring to him. (pause) Okay. Bye. (Hanging up the phone and putting it away) All set.

(They high five. A few minutes later, they arrive at TPAMS's Studios. They walk inside. Tracey, Van, and Daisy are sitting in the front lobby.)

Van: Can I help you?

Kitt: We're looking for Thunder and Mew.

Tracey: They aren't here. They're on vacation.

Jessica: No way! They have to be here!

Daisy: Nope. Sorry. No one is here except us. Everyone else is out too. Maybe if you come back next week-

Thunder: (walking out from the hall that leads to the set) There's no need to make them wait that long.

(They all look to see Thunder and Mew standing there.)

Tracey: What are you guys doing here!?

Mew: Vacation got boring.

Thunder: We decided to come here and make sure you finished your jobs. We're doing a show tomorrow.

Van: Ummmmm... We aren't exactly done yet-

Kitt: Okay! You're coming with us!

Mew: Pardon me?

R.S.: You heard her! Kuja really wants to talk to you!

Thunder: Is that so?

Jessica: It is!

Mew: Well, why don't you tell him that we got his invitation, and we'll take him up on it when we're ready.

Other Joe: I think he wanted to talk to you now.

Thunder: We're really busy now. You tell him that patience is a virtue and that we'll be there soon enough.

Kitt: We're not supposed to go back with out you and we're not about to fail our first job!

Jessica: Yeah!

Mew: That's too bad. I guess we'll have to hurt you then.

R.S.: You wouldn't!

Thunder: We would.

(Thunder goes over to R.S. and gently shocks him. He yells like he's really hurting and falls over. He then does the same to Kitt. She and R.S. slowly crawl towards the door. Mew, on the other hand, really lets Joe and Jessica have it. They must be hurting really bad. She then throws them out the door. Kitt and R.S. jump up and run out.)

Van: Ummmm... Okay...

Daisy: What just happened?

Tracey: That was so fake.

Thunder: The two I beat up are on our side.

Mew: The others were just in the wrong place and the wrong time.

(They laugh at Mew's cleverness. A few hours later, Kitt and R.S. drag Jessica and Joe back to Kuja's palace and ring the doorbell. He answers himself)

Kuja: You're back! Where is Thunder? And Mew? And what happened to you?

Kitt: Thunder and Mew are very strong! They beat us up bad.

R.S.: Look at these 2.

(Jessica and Joe moan)

Kuja: Oh dear.

Kitt: Thunder and Mew also told us to tell you that they got your invitation and that they'd come when they're ready and not a moment sooner.

Kuja: Did they?

R.S.: They also said that it would be plenty soon so you don't have to worry.

Kuja: *Thinking* I don't know how they arranged this, but I like their style. I might be able to use them. *speaking* I'm sorry. I should have known how strong they were. Come in and rest. I'll get you a job that's more suited to your talents.

Kitt: Okay!

(They follow Kuja inside.)
