(Thunder and the others are sitting down to watch the evening news with Mr. Chupi. Shocker is there sulking in the corner. As Mrs. Chupi comes in and sits by Shocker, the news starts.)

News Anchor Terry: Hello everyone. Today's top story is: Action Kitty's new movie is out today! It's called "Action Kitty and Hero Hamster face Dr. Evil Guy" .

Mew: I love Action Kitty! I can't wait to see that! That's going to be so much better than Spider Man!

News Anchor Terry: Other than Action Kitty's movie, not much else is going on. A bank was robbed somewhere, some political guy said political stuff, and the world's most feared sorcerer, Kuja, has broken out of the Viridian Minimum Security Prison.

Thunder, Mew, Mew Two, Lightning, and Mystic: WHAT!?

News Anchor: I SAID: Other than Action Kitty-

(I wish the TV listened when I spoke to it)

Mew Two After that!

News Anchor Terry: A bank-

Mew: After that! The Kuja thing.

News Anchor Terry: Oh. The world's most feared sorcerer, Kuja, broke out of the Viridian Minimum Security Prison. A woman just flew in on a pink dragon and picked him up. The guards didn't stop them because they "thought he would come right back". "He was very well behaved any way", said the warden and guards at the prison, "so we figure we'll just let him go. If he's bad, we'll bring him right back", they added.

Thunder: You have got to be kidding me!

News Anchor Terry: Nope. Sorry.

Mew: I can't believe he got out...

News Anchor Terry: This just in! A bunch of kids have disappeared from the local Junior High/High School. The group had at 7 kids in it, most of which were from the real world.

Thunder, Mew, Mew Two, and Lightning: Kem!

Mystic: No! This isn't fair! We're supposed to be on vacation!

Mr. Chupi: Oh dear... Do you supposed that Kuja fellow is behind it?

News Anchor Terry: I bet. You should go check it out.

Mew Two: Don't you have a news cast to do?

News Anchor Terry: Oh yeah! And now for the weather-

Mew: He's right. I guess we're going home to see if he really did get Kem and her friends.

Lightning: Right.

(They say good-bye to the Chupi family and head back home. They return to find the house dark and empty looking.)

Mystic: Maybe she went out...

Mew: Blossom and evil Thunder would be here. Kem hates leaving the house empty.

Thunder: Lets go check. Maybe they're already in bed.

(They go inside and check every room of the house. They turn up nothing. They meet by the sliding glass door that goes out to the back yard.)

Mew: Now what?

Mew Two: We have to find her. Where would Kem go?

Lightning: Kuja has her. THAT'S where she is.

Mew Two: I'm sure he doesn't.

Lightning: I bet he does.

Thunder: Nuh-uh.

Mew: Yeah.

(They begin arguing over whether or not Kuja has Kem. Mystic sighs and leans against the wall. She accidentally hits the light switch that turns on the light in the back yard. The light goes on and 9 stone statues are in the back yard. Mystic tries to get the others' attention.)

Mystic: Guys....

Lightning: He SO has her!

Mew: He does not!

Mystic: YOU GUYS!?

Mew, Mew Two, Thunder, and Lightning: What is it, Mystic!?

Mystic: I found them.

(They all look out and see the statues.)

Mew, Mew Two, Lightning, and Thunder: Oh no!

(They all run outside. Sure enough, one statue is Kem. Then there's a Blossom statue, and evil Thunder statue, an Andrea statue, and statues for some of Kem's real world friends: Maria, Joe, Keith, Katie, and Vicky.)

Mew: No! How did this happen!

(There's a note taped to the Kem statue. Mew Two pulls it off.)

Mew Two: Look at this. It's a note.

Lightning: What does it say?

Mew Two: It says: "Dear Thunder and Mew, how are you? I'm doing just great! I was very disappointed when you didn't come to visit me in prison. I had some things I wanted to talk to you about. Seeing as I still feel it necessary that we discuss these things, I decided to do something to get your attention. As you can see, your trainer and the others are solid stone. What happened, you ask? Why, I had some friends cast a spell on them that would turn them into stone! I just knew that turning your trainer, Giovanni's daughter, some of your trainer's friends, and the 2 Pokémon that dared to challenge me, into stone would get your attention and make you come to visit me. So, getting to my point, if you want to restore them to normal, follow the map I so cleverly attached to this note to come visit me. We can discuss all our problems and reach some sort of agreement. I can't wait for your visit. Well, I'll stop now. Have a lovely day! I know I will! Love, Kuja"

Mew: He is so creepy!

Lightning: Hmmmm.... I guess he doesn't have Kem. He just has the key to making her normal again. You guys were right.

Mew: You're damn right we were.

(The doorbell rings. They can hear it because they left the door open. They all rush to see who is there. They open it to find Giovanni standing outside.)

Giovanni: Ke- Oh... Aren't you supposed to be on vacation?

Mew: Yes. What are you doing here?

Giovanni: I need to talk to Kem. I want to know if Andrea is with her. I asked Kem to look after Andrea until my sister came to get her earlier today. When my sister went to get her, neither Andrea nor Kem were anywhere to be found. I figured they were just out having fun. But now it's getting late and I'm starting to worry.

Thunder: You worry? No way!

Giovanni: Well, have you seen her?

Mew Two: I'm afraid so.

Giovanni: What happened?

(They all look at each other. )

Giovanni: Hello? Unlike you, I can't read minds.

Mew: (Grabbing Giovanni's hand) Come on.

(They lead Giovanni to the back yard and show him the statues and the note.)

Mew: Before you yell at us, I just want you to know that we stopped him to help you and that we didn't expect him to take revenge and get Andrea. We're real sorry.

Mew Two: Speak for yourself. Andrea is a good kid, but I don't apologize for things I didn't do.

(Giovanni doesn't say anything. He just stands there.)

Thunder: Giovanni? Hello? Is anyone in there?

Mew: Okay! Yell at us! (pause) Please? (pause) Stop being quiet! You aren't quiet! Just yell at us! Blame it all on us! Just stop being quiet!

Giovanni: Mew... I'm not going to blame you.

Lightning: You normally would.

Giovanni: This is hardly a normal situation.

Mew: You're not mad?

Giovanni: Not at you. It's not your fault Kuja has some mental issues he needs to have resolved.

Mystic: That is true.

Mew: Don't worry, Vanni! We're going to go get everyone back to normal! I promise! Andrea will be fine in no time at all.

Giovanni: How do you plan to stop him?

Mew Two: We don't exactly have a plan yet... But we'll think of something.

Lightning: Sure! Leave it to us! We'll save Kem, and Andrea, too. Just wait and see.

Giovanni: It's not like I have any other choice.

Thunder: Okay. So now we just need a plan.

Mew: I know! Lets ask Kaiba! He's smart! I'm sure between him and Mew Two they can come up with a plan!

Mew Two: Good idea. Lets go.

Thunder: Are you coming, Giovanni?

Giovanni: Okay. It's not like I have anything better to do.

Mystic: Shouldn't we wait till morning?

Mew: We need a plan now. Kaiba is a good guy. He'll understand. I hope...
