HONORARY
DODGY LITTLE CRETIN AWARD 2000

This year, we have decided to award the honorary DLC award to Mal McCann, the group leader of the Phillip Island Scout Group.
Mal has always loved the cretins, and has always had trust and respect for us, something that is not always shown towards us.  He has always had complete faith in us, giving us ideas for fundraising and programs. 
One weekend when we were staying down on the Isle, it was raining all weekend, so he lent us his TV, VCR, PlayStation and jaffle iron! (What a guy!)
It is with great pleasure that we present the Honorary Dodgy Little Cretin Award for 2000 to Mal McCann.  THANKYOU MAL!
