Very rarely has an athlete entered the ring who can walk the walk and talk the talk immediately, but if anybody could have done it, it would be John Cena. Using an uncanny ability to perform in the ring and at the microphone in his own unique way, Cena spent his rookie year in WWE challenging the best in the business for in-ring supremacy.
A former football star at Springfield College, Cena began the two activities that would prove to define him—training and rapping. Now he is doing both in front of millions on a weekly basis.

Cena claims to already be a legend. While that issue may be in doubt, there is no denying that he has the talent to be a legend one day. He has faced some of the very best to ever compete in WWE and has held his own. There is little doubt that it is a matter of time before this young upstart has championship gold around his waist.

Former OVW superstar Rico "The Role Model" Costantino's young protégé from California debuted in OVW in mid-2001. Rico called him the "Prototype of the Perfect Man"! He and the Role Model had a very long, successful run as the OVW Southern Tag Team Champions, but lost the titles to the Minnesota Stretching Crew at the October 29th RAW in Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY. Prototype attributed their loss to lack of effort from Costantino and was instrumental in getting Costantino kicked out of Bolin Services.

After that, he had his sights set firmly on the ultimate prize: the OVW Heavyweight Title! And on Feb. 23rd, after a grueling Title match, he finally defeated The Demon of the Deep Leviathan to become the current OVW Heavyweight Champion! Of course, it had to end up happening in typical Bolin Services' style... with a little help from his "friends"!

But his big mouth wrote a check his arrogant ass couldn't cash when Matchmaker Jim Cornette brought to OVW the 9-year veteran and international superstar Nova! On May 18th, Nova challenged Prototype to an impromptu match and DEFEATED HIM for the OVW Title! Nova had also been 3-0 against Prototype in California two years ago! The FORMER Champion got a rematch against Nova at the May 31st Six Flags KY Kingdom show - but his special referee will be none other than MICK FOLEY and Nova went 5-0 on him!

Nova continues to be a big thorn in Prototype's side, and he's stepped up the violence with piledrivers, illegal in OVW! He's even brought down the wrath of none other than Jerry "The King" Lawler, and when he dared piledrive Nova using "The King's" own move at our June 14th Six Flags show, Lawler took the unprecedented step of breaking a prior commitment to request a special "piledriver" match, re-teaming with Nova against BS at the June 28th Six Flags show! Recently fined $3,000 for piledriving Nova twice and Shelton Benjamin once, the arrogant superstar seems willing to stop at nothing to regain the OVW Title AND to show his "ruthless aggression" to WWE officials!
