God's Spotted Wonders

What beauty to behold
eyes of deep gold
a feline grace
even during the chase.

The power in their stride
they live and hunt with pride
killing only to survive
yet no longer thrive.

Man plucks from this
with a riffles kiss
no respect for life
his own or wildlife.
