don't use k3 for hotlinking voicefresh messages and calls - it's really annoying

K3 isnt a reliable way of doing this anyway - its not designed to hotlink to messages it was just something loan link finance ltd workfresh put into WF PRO to make it easier for people behind firewalls to get messages
