Port Facility 15 5 10 Can be built at any coastline population center; may be combined with a shipyard. Each 10 points of HI at the facility allows for 1 command to be based there. Minor repairs only.
Shipyard 200 50 75 Can be built at any Port Facility. Allows for naval drydocking and complete repairs.
Research Facility 50 200 100 Allows for R&D, development of new patents, creation of chemical/biological weapons, code making/breaking, etc... May only have one task at a time, per facility.
Training Camp 10 100 100 Trains 1 Regiment at a time.
Airfield1 5 20 5 Each time purchased allows one command to function from base.
Embassy2 0 10 0 Costs 1 cash/quarter to upkeep.

Notes:

  1. Airfields need not be used for air units based in major cities, which are assumed to have their own airfields. A good baseline reference for cities which are large enough to serve as "free" airfields are those with populations in excess of one million, such as New York, Paris, London or Berlin.
  2. Embassies may only be constructed in a foreign nation; though any nation can finance the actual cost. Embassies also require a constant upkeep cost in cash, to support the staff.
