Following up on the Weekly Websites PBS Online and Useful Resources for Philadelphia Educators which explore local and national media resources for educators, this site introduces teachers to useful newspaper resources available in-print and online. The Philadelphia Inquirer's Tech.life section (link to Philadelphia Online), printed every Thursday, is featured as a wonderful example of a local newspaper resource for teachers which is available online for teachers nationwide. In addition, sites which connect newspapers to classroom through projects and activities are listed in the Newspaper-Classroom Links section. Finally, the Newspaper Directories section links you to student newspapers as well as thousands of newspapers worldwide.

Many of the sites she describes can also be found on the Philadelphia Education Fund's Useful Resources for Philadelphia Educators.
