Hi everyone - it's Wednesday again and here are bunch more resources -- these are world wide web resources where kids/YA can publish their work on-line!

My favorite internet motto is "Don't just Browse -- Create!" and these sites encourage this kind of interaction. It's a great chance for writers and artists of all ages and varieties to find an audience with whom to share their thoughts and work. "Authentic writing experience" I believe is the buzzphrase -- really great, thoughtful, and creative work is the result! I've got them divided into kids, young adults, and few for all ages.

• Young Writers Clubhouse
  Developed by an author, this clubhouse provides forums for talking about writing submitted by participants, has resources for students, and answers to frequently asked questions.

Young Adults

• Yo! Magazine
  Also created for, by and about young adults, this site come out of the Bay Area and it equally good, interesting and thought-provoking.
• blue jean magazine
  'blue jean magazine' is an alternative to the beauty and glamour focused-magazines targeted at young women... and it's advertising-free!
• College Bound Magazine 
• First National Youth Convention
  Visit Youthlink, the voice of young America and the Web site for the First National Youth Conventions.

All ages

• Kids Helping Kids
  A site developed by kids to help homeless children.
• Global Show-N-Tell Museum
  A virtual showroom of kids work between a range of ages K-12
• KidLink
  An international meeting place for students and teachers with classroom resources, conferencing spaces, and various publications,including the Multicultural Calendar.
• Many schools publish student work! - Ralph Bunche School, in Harlem NY supports their students in developing this really nice webzine. Mt. Edgecombe HS in Alaska have their students put their portfolios on-line. Web66's International Registry of Schools links schools all over the world and you might want to stop by a few and see what kind of student work they put on-line.

ps> I'm trying to keep an eye out for bilingual sites of this sort (some work on some of these sites is bilingual, but I'm looking for a completely bilingual site for publishing). If anyone knows of any, please email me with the address. Thanks!
