I say to Mahoud that if we give food
to Palestinians, the bottom will be reached¬
From there they can build liberty¬
A solid foundation¬He is not convinced¬
Food!¬he yells¬We want our land!¬
A way to make a living!¬Food!¬he cries¬
How long does that last?¬But freedom¬
Real freedom lasts forever¬Food!
he exclaims¬is not an answer
And I try to explain that many of his people
are starving to death¬no clean water,
and they just might appreciate a little food¬
Food!¬he screams¬What is the outcome of that¬
we're being terrorized!  So we part ways.
