I
would like to say thank you to all of the people who helped me develop
and enjoy the land of Greyfeather.
There
are so many, I can only hope that I can remember them all, as the land
of Greyfeather has been around for 24 years.
First
of all, let me start with the base crew who started with me in the beginning.
Jeff
Ledford, Curt Yoder, Doyle Wirtz, Ron Trice, Jon Kriefels and Matt Davis.
They
were the wrecking crew for me, the ones who put my dungeon mastering skills
to the ultimate test.
I
didn’t always pass.
The
second generation of players who helped me flesh out Greyfeather were
Phil
Yoder, Gary Wartick, Chris Brown, Don Burger, Scott Riggs, and Curt Calvary.
They
were used as guinea pigs on more than one occasion to test out some new
ideas and some new monsters.
The
next generation of players was probably the biggest and most fun.
Many
thanks to John Stewart, Raymond Stewart, Bill Richards, Lester Achmire,
Joe Achmire,
Jesse
Campbell, Joseph Hood and Kent Eyman.
This
group was the most taxing and most challenging of them all, because just
when I thought
I
could guess what they would do, they fooled me. Hats off to you,
guys.
Thanks
also go to Mary Stewart for bringing Queen Samantha to life for me.
It
was thrust upon her and she stepped up to the challenge.
From
there, I took Greyfeather online, creating an online role-playing group
on Yahoo and one on Delphi.
To
name all of the players on those two websites would take a long time, so
I will list all that I can remember, but only by
their
web ID’s, not their real names - Grumph_Ironfist (aka Creeping Doom), FairPenelope,
Heather_Olear, Quilid, Seriana_Algannon, KnightOfCyn, Casadegarza, Stark_Strongarm,
Logan_Mogath, HMSFarrow, Moriqu_Endi,
Kyla7_Crow,
Strazzco, Nunizo, Jed_21113, Sirius316, Ardwren, G_Ferguson3, Barmitage,
Jeanluke, MWills6, Neospectre, Sharon, Nestek, Ffelan, Kelvin, SallyM,
JimB, and Nyssa Dawn.
If
I happened to forget someone, please email me through the website and I
will happily add your name to the list.
One
sad note in all of this, one of the contributors to Greyfeather has since
passed away a few years back.
He
was a good friend and a great player.
Raymond
Stewart (1975-2000). Farewell friend.
One
special dedication I would like to extend is to my wife, Christine.
Without
her, this website would not exist, as I am too lazy to do it *grin*.
Actually,
she has put me to work on filling in all of the holes I have left open,
but the website was her idea because
she
has come to love this land just as I do and she wanted to tell the story
of Greyfeather.
Thank
you, honey, for all of your hard work and diligence!
Thank you to all who helped make Greyfeather my pride and joy!
