BUDAIGONG (THE EXERCISE OF THE ABDOMEN)

The abdomen exercise is one of shaolin qigong for self defence. being successful with this kung fu the abdomen can be as soft as cotton or as hard as the iron and fell no pain after cutting or kicking

At the beginning of training get up at 4:00am sit quietly and produce the qi. then message the abdomen with hands while breathe in breathe out. after three years of hard training the abdomen will be as hard as the iron while breathe out and as soft as cotton while breathe in.

afterwards take another three years of training the abdomen can suck some substance. if breathe out the substance will be shot off by the abdomen to beat the enemy. through 5 years of training the abdomen can sustain the Sharpe sword tip tied on the tree, and cause the tree to shake but no injury in the abdomen.
