YIZHIJIN (THE EXERCISE OF HEAD STANDING ON ONE FINGER)

The kung fu of erzhichan (head stand on two fingers) as is known to all, but yizhijin (the exercise of head standing on one finger) is unfamiliar to the public. its training methods are as follows: concentrate the qi from the whole body to the dantian, stretch the right forefinger to touch the ground, then bend other four fingers with firm grip. after that, raise two legs upwards with the head downwards. this kung fu must be trained from childhood and the best training time is at 4:00am. the success of this kung fu comes from hard training of dozen of years.
