Inertia... feeling "stuck"... difficulty with changing directions in one's life... an inability to go with the flow... many of us at one time or another are challenged by change. Even when we know with a high degree of clarity the changes we can make to improve our life, we often choose not to make them. We may even have myriad excuses and reasons why we cannot or do not make these changes, but it can often simply be due to the world glamour of Inertia.
