Included a 'normal' phot just for reference. Won't do this every week. I wonder what the long-term effect will be, whilst keeping to my normal diet. Here is a side photo. Because the camera is close, the upper part is shrunk.

Here is uddiyana - I'm doing 100 - in 5 sets of 20. YThis is easy, so I will increase next week. Feels deep, but doesn't look deep. I visualize the lower chakras being warmed.
Here is nauli to one side. I am doing a set of 10 to one side, then a set of 10 to other. 10 sets in total. It feels good, but weakens towards the end. The photo looks rather flat, maybe because my uddiyana is not deep?
This is central nauli. I can't hold it - with good quality - for long.
