What is lag? Lag is when something on the computer temporarily slows down, due to some process that takes a certain amount of memory. Or, more or less, it's when WoS temporarily slows for a certain amount of time.

When does lag happen? All the time. Here's a good list of common causes of lag:

- camp owner has a slow internet connection or is using their connection with other programs/devices.

- someone enters the camp

- someone uses an item, spell, or attack on themselves or others

Of course, there are many other forms of lag, but these are the most common. So what makes lag so bad? Well, if your dueling, and someone does one of these things to cause lag, then someone who is dueling can lose an attack, thus putting the opponent up one attack. It is IMPORTANT to not cause lag while people are dueling, mainly for respect.

How can you stop lag? Have a good camp owner with a good speed connection and who isn't using other programs or downloading files. Try to time the duel when everyone who was in the camp has re-entered to prevent people from entering.

But mainly, lag is something that just happens. So just get over it and move on.
